گائے اور ہندو

اس ہندوتوا کے نام جس نے اپنے بڑوں کی ہندوانہ روایت کو بھلادیا ہے*

ایک تصویر دیکھنے کا اتفاق ہوا جس مین کچھ ہندو مظاہرین گوشت پر پابندی کا مطالبہ کر رہے تھے
اس تصویر نے مجھے آمادہ کیا کہ مین ویدوں پر نظر ڈالوں.
میرا یقین ہیکہ یہ مظاہرین اس بات سے جاہل ہین جس کی تبلیغ ان کا مذہب کرتا ہے
یہ لوگ خود اپنی مذھبی کتابوں کی خلاف ورزی کر رہے ہین
مین آپ کے سامنے کچھ ہندو کتابوں کے اقتباسات نقل کر رہا ہوں:

ان جانورون کا گوشت کھانے مین کوئ گناہ نہین ہے جن جانورون کو کھایا جاتا ہے
اس لیے کہ کھانے والوں اور جن کو کھایا جارہا ہے دونوں کو خدا نے پیدا کیا ہے

مہمان کی آمد پر گاے ذبح کی جانی چاہیے
بزرگوں کی تعظیم اور شادی کے موقع پر بھی گاے ذبح کی جانی چاہیے

لڑکیوں کی شادی کے موقع پر بیل اور گاے ذبح کی جاتی ہین

اندرا گاے بچھڑے گھوڑے اور بھینس کا گوشت کھاتا تھا

*شرادھا* کے موقع پر اگر کسی برہمن کو گوشت دیا جاے اور وہ اسے کھانے سے انکار کردے تو وہ نرک ( جہنم ) مین جائیگا

آپ کو سن کر حیرت ہوگی کہ پرانی ہندوانہ ریتی رواج کے مطابق جب تک کہ کوئ شخص گوشت نہ کھا لے وہ ایک اچھا ہندو ہوہی نہین سکتا

مہا بھارت مین ہیکہ راجہ رتندرا روزانہ دو ہزار دوسرے جانورون کو مارتا تھا اور دو ہزار گاے مارا کرتا تھا تاکہ ان کا گوشت دان مین دے سکے

آدی شنکرا چاریہ کہتے ہین:
اڈان, ایک طرح کا کھانا جسے چاول اور گوشت سے تیار کیا جاتا ہے جسے مانوسدن کہا جاتا ہے
جب یہ معلوم کیا گیا کہ اس مین کس کا گوشت ہونا چاہیے تو انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ اکشا بیل کے لیے استعمال کیا جاتا ہے
جس مین منی تیار کرنے کی شکتی ہوتی ہے

Purely a forward...... With no apologies to Hindutva critics who have forgotten the ancient Hindu tradition:

A recent photograph of some Hindu Protesters demanding a ban on non-vegetarian food made me sit and take notice on vedaas. I believe that these protesters are ignorant of what their religion preaches.They are simply going against their own religious scriptures.

Let me quote some of the Hindu scriptures:

*Manusmriti Chapter 5 verse 30:* "It is not sinful to eat meat of eatable animals,for God has created both the eaters and the eatables".

*Aapastanba Grishsutram (1/3/10):*
says,"The cow should be slaughtered on the arrival of a guest, on the occasion of 'Shraaddha of ancestors and on the occasion of a marriage".

*Rigveda (10/85/13):* declares "On the occasion of a girls marriage oxen and cows are slaughtered".

*Rigveda (6/17/1):* states that, "Indra used to eat the meat of cow, calf, horse and buffalo".

*Vashishta Dharmasutra (11/34):* says,If a Brahmin refuses to eat the meat offered to him on the occasion of ,'Shraaddha' he goes to hell".

*Hinduisms great propagator Swami Vivekaanand said thus:* "You will be surprised to know that according to ancient Hindu rite and rituals, a man cannot be a good Hindu who does not eat beef ".

*"The book The history and culture of the indian people" published by Bharatiya vidya bhawan, bombay and edited by renowned historian R C Majumdar (vol 2 ,page 18 says)* This is said in the mahabharata that "king Ratindra used to kill 2000 other animals in addition to 2000 cows daily in order to give their meat in charity".

*Aadi shankaraachaarya commentary on Brahadaranyako panishad 6/4/18 says:'* Odaan' rice mixed with meat is called 'maansodan' on being asked whose meat it should be, he answers 'Uksha' is used for an ox, which is capable to produce semen..
